Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy production-ready full-stack applications using Java, .NET, and Python.
- Contribute to front-end development using React, Angular, or similar technologies.
- Design scalable, cloud-native application architectures with emphasis on performance, maintainability, and integration.
- Build and maintain integrations using APIs, microservices, event-driven patterns, GraphQL, Kafka, and message queues.
- Implement and deploy applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Implement practical AI features using cloud AI services and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Improve application performance and security through code reviews, testing, secure coding, and enterprise security practices.
- Work with developers, product managers, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical implementations.
- Provide hands-on support and mentorship while contributing to continuous improvement of software development practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Java full-stack development experience is required.
- 7–12 years of hands-on full-stack development experience, including at least 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect role focused on application-heavy systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java, .NET, and Python for backend development.
- Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Experience building and deploying solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Experience with REST APIs, message queues, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, cloud-native services, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
- Experience with or exposure to cloud AI services such as AWS SageMaker and Azure AI, or simple machine-learning frameworks.
- Understanding of secure coding practices, IAM, encryption, and enterprise security standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education required.
- AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, or similar certifications are preferred.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
