Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications for regulatory, supervisory, surveillance, and operational risk processes.
- Build scalable frontend and backend solutions using modern software development frameworks and engineering best practices.
- Enhance risk management platforms, workflows, reporting tools, and management information systems.
- Develop automated workflows, dashboards, reporting solutions, and system integrations.
- Design and optimize data models, APIs, and database structures for business and analytical requirements.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ensure applications meet standards for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support automation and digitization initiatives that improve risk management outcomes.
- Collaborate with global Risk, Compliance, Business Control, Technology, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, preferably from a top-tier university.
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong programming skills and proficiency in Python, including Pandas and NumPy for data analysis and numerical computing.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React.
- Experience with Git and GitHub for source code management, version control, collaboration, and code review workflows.
- Experience with financial modeling and analytical tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL databases.
- Experience with data visualization platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, accuracy, and prioritization skills.
