Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications for regulatory, supervisory, surveillance, and operational risk processes.
- Build scalable front-end and back-end solutions and enhance risk platforms, workflows, reporting tools, and management information systems.
- Develop automated workflows, dashboards, reporting solutions, and system integrations.
- Design and optimize data models, APIs, and database structures.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, coding standards, security, scalability, performance, maintainability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Business Control, Technology, and global stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, preferably from a top-tier university.
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong Python skills, including experience with Pandas and NumPy, and experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React.
- Experience with Git and GitHub for source control, version control, collaborative development, and code reviews.
- Strong experience with financial modeling and analytical tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL databases.
- Experience with data visualization platforms and translating complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
