Responsibilities
- Partner with customers and stakeholders through discovery sessions, workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design activities.
- Design, document, and deliver end-to-end software solutions aligned with customer business objectives, technical ecosystems, and operational requirements.
- Architect integrations between enterprise applications, platforms, and data environments using APIs and other integration methods.
- Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, workflows, solution documentation, implementation plans, and other delivery artifacts.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Operations, and implementation teams to support adoption and successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to architecture standards, governance, scalability, quality, maintainability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and remain accountable for solution quality, customer satisfaction, and outcomes through implementation.
Requirements
- Requires 5–7 years of experience designing, implementing, supporting, or architecting complex enterprise software solutions.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and practical experience.
- Requires a strong foundation in software architecture, systems integration, enterprise applications, cloud technologies, or technology implementation.
- Requires experience translating business and technical requirements into actionable solution designs and creating architecture documentation and implementation plans.
- Requires strong problem-solving, communication, facilitation, presentation, collaboration, and customer relationship skills.
- Preferred experience includes utilities, energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, or other asset-intensive industries.
- Preferred technologies and platforms include SAP, IBM Maximo, Esri ArcGIS, GIS, work management systems, and asset management systems.
- Preferred experience includes API-based integrations, cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, enterprise software implementations, architecture governance, customer workshops, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Professional certifications in architecture, cloud technologies, integration platforms, or enterprise applications are desirable.
