Responsibilities
- Build and evolve reusable cloud infrastructure, platform tooling, and automation for secure and scalable application delivery.
- Enable engineering teams through CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and modern platform practices across AWS environments.
- Deploy and operate containerised workloads using Kubernetes, EKS, and related platform tooling.
- Improve observability, monitoring, resilience, and operational support across critical services.
- Partner with internal and third-party engineers to improve delivery quality, speed, and safety.
- Contribute to governance, service management, incident response, and continuous improvement across the platform.
Requirements
- Strong experience with AWS-based platform engineering or cloud infrastructure, with AWS preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, particularly EKS, and containerised deployments.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including CloudFormation; Terraform experience is also relevant.
- Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or ArgoCD.
- A strong automation mindset and the ability to improve platform reliability, consistency, and engineering efficiency.
- Experience with observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, Observe, or AppDynamics.
- Experience with cloud-native APIs and modern application services is desirable.
- Experience with Python, Golang, or C# is desirable.
- Exposure to AWS AI services such as Bedrock is desirable.
