Base Salary
$78k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, deploy, and support AI tools and automated workflows.
- Operate the AI Gateway, including model selection, permissions, API connections, usage tracking, and audit records.
- Integrate AI tools, APIs, enterprise applications, and workflow platforms securely and maintainably.
- Develop automation scripts, workflows, technical documentation, runbooks, and implementation guidance.
- Plan and execute testing, troubleshooting, releases, monitoring, and operational improvements.
- Implement secure sign-in, permissions, access controls, logging, and monitoring in partnership with cybersecurity and platform teams.
- Support cyber operations involving 5.5 and Mythos.
- Improve prompts, workflows, and AI assistant configurations for accuracy, reliability, and usability.
- Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
- Coach junior team members and communicate technical decisions, risks, and recommendations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, platform engineering, automation, cybersecurity operations, or a related technical field.
- Experience delivering enterprise software, automation, integration, platform, or application solutions.
- Experience implementing or supporting AI tools, automation platforms, AI gateways, workflow technologies, or enterprise applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms, automated software delivery, identity and access management, logging, and monitoring tools.
- Experience building secure system integrations using sign-in, permissions, access controls, logging, audit records, APIs, webhooks, or service-based architectures.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues, documenting solutions, and driving work to resolution.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across engineering, cybersecurity, product, and operations teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Public Trust determination required, with eligibility to meet U.S. government client requirements.
- Preferred experience with AI Gateway capabilities, AI assistant workflows, prompt improvement, model evaluation, orchestration tools, containers, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, cloud AI services, operational dashboards, technical roadmaps, user enablement, adoption metrics, technical workstream leadership, or engineer mentoring.
