Responsibilities

Analyze business models, user needs, and hypotheses and translate findings into roadmaps and product-oriented backlogs.
Develop maintainable software using established architecture principles and modern patterns.
Use AI tools to build prototypes and MVPs, automate testing, and deploy software securely.
Monitor AI decisions, quality, requirements compliance, costs, API limits, system performance, and live observability.
Develop AI agents, orchestrate their collaboration, automate workflows, and connect enterprise data through established frameworks.

Solid knowledge of modern software development.
Passion for technology and developing user-focused products.
Willingness to learn AI development and agentic workflows.
Ability to understand users and stakeholders and approach technical solutions from a product perspective.
Interest in agile team collaboration and ongoing learning; familiarity with Scrum or Kanban is referenced.
Recommended German language proficiency of B2.

Three-month remote/online training program leading to AI Software Engineer qualification.
Training can be completed alongside employment.
