Responsibilities
- Architect, build, test, and deliver full-stack customer-facing products.
- Develop capabilities across reporting, enterprise administration, developer and agent platforms, integrations, APIs, event systems, billing, licensing, and usage metering.
- Collaborate with engineers, platform and infrastructure teams, product managers, designers, and support teams.
- Own the operational health of production systems and provide operational support when needed.
- Contribute to core architecture, roadmap decisions, and the wider engineering community.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software development experience.
- Experience shipping customer-used features and using customer feedback to guide future development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort building end-to-end solutions and working across front-end and back-end development.
- Strong communication, collaboration, learning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and explain technical design decisions.
- Preferred qualifications include full-stack experience building scalable media processing and streaming applications and expertise in high-performance media applications.
