Responsibilities
- Assist with the design, development, and maintenance of DevOps pipelines, technologies, and tooling.
- Monitor and analyze data using budgeting systems and established protocols.
- Identify shortcomings in compliance, IT security, systems, and procedures and develop or support solutions to assigned problems.
- Support users of communications, data-management, knowledge-management, and other existing systems.
- Perform designated development and engineering activities to define and deliver prescribed products.
- Investigate questions related to existing programs, processes, and procedures.
- Support customer needs and provide back-office support to customer-advisor teams.
- Develop personal capabilities through formal and informal training and coach others when required.
Requirements
- Ability to work with established systems, protocols, processes, and procedures.
- Ability to identify shortcomings and support solutions under the guidance of senior DevOps engineers.
- Willingness to develop technical capabilities and participate in training.
- Ability to support colleagues and customers using existing systems and services.
