Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for LLM, agent, and classical ML systems.
- Design suggestion engines and policy/rule layers combining deterministic constraints with generative outputs.
- Architect search, retrieval, embeddings, and RAG pipelines, including relevance tuning and evaluation.
- Direct web scraping, document extraction, normalization, image processing, and OCR workflows.
- Establish offline and online evaluation strategies using quality, latency, and cost KPIs.
- Guide data governance, privacy and PII handling, secure model and agent operations, and MLOps collaboration.
- Lead design reviews, produce design documents and RFCs, mentor engineers, and communicate with stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of machine learning experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proven experience architecting and shipping production ML and LLM systems.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, automation, engineering toolchains, cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Understanding of classical ML, deep learning, transformers, RAG, model serving, fine-tuning, evaluation, explainability, and responsible AI.
- Experience leading Agile delivery and collaborating cross-functionally with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
