Base Salary
$160k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead mobile app development end-to-end, from concept to delivery.
- Design and implement user flows that are intuitive and resilient for non-technical users.
- Establish a testing strategy that reflects real-world usage scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build solutions for caregiving workflows.
- Set standards for code quality, architecture, and security in mobile engineering.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional software engineering experience with mobile apps.
- Experience developing for iOS and/or Android in production.
- Strong understanding of mobile fundamentals like performance and reliability.
- Experience designing for real-world constraints such as intermittent connectivity.
- Experience defining and implementing mobile testing strategies.
- Experience integrating mobile apps with backend APIs.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
