Base Salary
$184k - $357k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for LiDAR and camera perception and multi-sensor fusion.
- Develop end-to-end ML workflows covering data pipelines, model training, metrics, performance instrumentation, and reporting.
- Productize ML models and algorithms on the NVIDIA DRIVE AV platform using efficient C++ code.
- Track developments in machine learning and apply techniques that improve platform performance.
- Collaborate with perception teams, developers, engineers, and managers to deliver reliable autonomous-driving solutions.
Requirements
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience applying machine learning to real-world problems.
- Strong C++ and Python programming and debugging skills for large, complex systems.
- Deep practical experience with LiDAR or camera perception and multi-sensor fusion in automotive or related fields.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow and strong mathematical foundations in machine learning.
- Experience building and sustaining training and metrics workflows for large-scale datasets.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
