Base Salary
$154k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise launches, including discovery, integration design, implementation, testing, go-live, and optimization.
- Create launch plans covering architecture, testing, risk mitigation, and success criteria.
- Partner with commercial teams on pre-sales technical validation, feasibility assessments, and solution design for enterprise deals.
- Analyze WMS, TMS, API, and EDI flows; troubleshoot logs and monitoring data; and lead customer engineering teams through implementation.
- Architect secure, reliable, performant, extensible, and cost-optimized solutions and lead architecture reviews.
- Build reusable integration patterns, reference architectures, documentation, and playbooks.
- Advise senior customer leaders, present at business and management reviews, and support post-launch optimization.
- Translate customer needs into product specifications, drive API feature adoption, and mentor other Solution Architects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructure.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Preferred: 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Preferred: knowledge of AWS services, market segments, customer bases, and industry verticals.
- Preferred: experience working with end-user or developer communities.
- Preferred: experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud ERP, and Cloud ERP Private.
