Base Salary
$425k - $537k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications and services.
- Lead architecture discussions, own new projects, and deliver high-quality software on tight timelines.
- Develop multi-tier, distributed microservices using Java, Spring, and Python.
- Work with SQL, NoSQL, and Oracle database design.
- Use AWS and Google Cloud services to build and operate cloud-based applications.
- Partner with security and compliance teams on compliance, security, and audit requirements.
- Participate in technical design, estimation, coding, testing, debugging, code reviews, maintenance, and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to engineering tools, cloud technologies, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive experience in the position or a related occupation.
- At least one year of experience delivering multi-tier, highly scalable, distributed web applications.
- At least one year of experience with software architecture, object-oriented design principles, and data structures.
- At least one year of experience developing microservices with Java, Spring, Python, and CI/CD.
- At least one year of experience with SQL, NoSQL, and Oracle database design.
- At least one year of experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, VPC, and Elastic Cache.
- At least one year of experience with Google Cloud services including Cloud Datastore, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub.

- The California annual salary range is $425,000–$537,200.
