Base Salary
$83k - $217k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead ECM platform strategy, workflow automation, integrations, modernization, and end-to-end delivery.
- Design, build, test, release, and support ECM and content-enabled applications and services.
- Provide technical direction, establish implementation patterns, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers.
- Implement CI/CD, automated testing, code quality gates, infrastructure as code, and release management practices.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents and performance issues across ECM platforms, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
- Build resiliency, failover, load, and production validation tests for ECM services.
- Drive monitoring, alerting, runbooks, root cause analysis, operational readiness, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with product, architecture, security, records, and business stakeholders on roadmaps, governance, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information services or a related field, or equivalent combinations of relevant education and experience.
- Minimum seven years of software development and system design experience.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, object-oriented development, and multi-tier architectures.
- Experience with ECM platforms and content services, including workflow, capture, indexing, records, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, event-driven or service-based integrations, and enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of WCF, SOA, Entity Framework, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, AJAX, SPA development, and database tools such as MS SQL Studio, PL/SQL Developer, or Toad.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development organizations and with cloud technologies including Azure, O365, and AWS.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, communication, documentation, independent decision-making, vendor management, and mentoring abilities.
- Preferred experience includes OnBase by Hyland, Kofax, ImageRight, ECM migration to cloud or hybrid architectures, CRM integrations, and content governance.
