Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain applications to meet user and business requirements and recommend improvements to application support processes.
- Program, configure, test, and deploy application fixes and updates for software releases.
- Provide application support, user communication, incident analysis, and request prioritization.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, business partners, and other multifunctional teams.
- Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with software vendors.
- Architect and integrate applications, databases, services, and integrations while automating delivery, testing, and security pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience integrating and utilizing AI models in software solutions.
- Understanding of ethical considerations and best practices in AI development.
- Confirmed experience automating pipelines for continuous integration, testing, delivery, and security.
- Confirmed experience architecting applications, databases, services, or integrations.
- Extensive experience with JavaScript, OpenComponents, Python, VB6, ASP 3 and 4, Progress V9, C#, Delphi, and SQL.
- Extensive experience with .NET Framework, .NET C#, VB.NET, and .NET Core.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL for database design and management.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Preferred: experience with compliance solutions such as ADVICE, Kubernetes-based microservices deployment, Azure, AWS, GCP, and decomposing monolithic applications into microservices.
