Base Salary
$130k - $152k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, analysis, design, and delivery of Pega PRPC and related workflow applications.
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, healthcare experts, developers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and provide architectural solutions.
- Lead a team of Pega professionals and oversee interfaces, integrations, and workflow solutions for healthcare operations.
- Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution artifacts for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Monitor interfaces and 834 files to support data accuracy and integration with legacy healthcare systems.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in enterprise application analysis, system design, development, and troubleshooting.
- Strong expertise in Pega Business Rules, Pega PRPC, workflow applications, and Pega support models.
- Experience leading the architecture, design, and delivery of Pega solutions integrated with legacy healthcare systems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
- Healthcare domain experience, preferably in payer environments.
- Preferred qualifications include Pega certifications, process analysis and advanced reporting experience, digital process automation experience, team leadership, complex enterprise implementation experience, and experience with interfaces, integrations, and 834 file processing.
