Base Salary
$131k - $237k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the overall Pega technical architecture, including application design, data models, case hierarchies, business rules, and integrations.
- Lead the Pega Blueprint, platform configuration strategy, architectural guidelines, and governance across multiple delivery teams.
- Design and govern API-first, event-driven integrations between the modernized CRM and CMS systems of record.
- Lead technical design for CRM capabilities, AI features, proof-of-concept demonstrations, scalability, security, accessibility, and data portability.
- Conduct design reviews and architecture governance, enforce architecture and security quality standards, and support Agile planning and gate reviews.
- Mentor Pega architects, developers, AI and CDH leads, and other technical team members.
- Document architecture decisions and communicate technical status, risks, and dependencies to CMS and Leidos leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10–12 years of relevant experience, including significant Pega Platform architecture experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
- Experience architecting large-scale, complex Pega implementations with significant integrations and user populations.
- Experience with API-first and event-driven integration patterns.
- Experience leading technical teams and providing architecture governance across multiple concurrent Agile delivery teams.
- Ability to obtain Public Trust.
- Preferred: experience with Pega GenAI, Pega Knowledge Buddy, LLM integration, CRM migrations from Siebel or Salesforce, FedRAMP, Zero Trust architecture, Agile/Scrum or SAFe, and CMS or federal health and human services modernization programs.
Benefits
- Pay range is $131,300.00–$237,350.00.
