Responsibilities
- Design API solutions from business requirements and high-level designs.
- Develop APIs using appropriate design patterns and best practices.
- Build complex application and business logic for enterprise-scale systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in engineering processes and practices.
- Provide next-level operational support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Support systems integration and cloud-based technology capabilities.
- Coach junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, and web services including SOAP, JSON, and RESTful services.
- Proven enterprise experience developing microservices and APIs.
- Understanding of modern software development concepts and processes.
- Experience with troubleshooting and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cloud environments such as Kubernetes, Azure, or OpenShift is an asset.
- Ability to mentor junior developers, collaborate effectively, and adapt to evolving technologies.
