Responsibilities
- Learn the existing codebase and improve coding skills.
- Research and develop VST plugin hosting capabilities in the application.
- Integrate DSP plugins with an existing Electron application.
- Develop unit tests and document software designs.
- Develop C++ code using Visual Studio and Xcode.
- Address code review feedback and commit developed code using Bitbucket.
- Attend project team meetings with MiDAs team members as appropriate.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with at least two years of engineering coursework.
- Working knowledge of Xcode, Microsoft Visual Studio, Git, and Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of C++ and experience with JUCE and Electron frameworks.
- Angular and TypeScript knowledge are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability and willingness to learn new software, technologies, concepts, and skills.
