Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end production support, including ticket resolution, issue resolution, monitoring, knowledgebase maintenance, reporting, and documentation.
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and support solutions across multiple Oracle E-Business Suite modules.
- Develop SQL and PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, and functions.
- Customize Oracle Reports and XML Publisher outputs and create Unix Shell scripts for system operations.
- Develop and customize web-based interfaces using Oracle Application Framework.
- Build integrations with external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide training and user support while contributing to SDLC activities and quality assurance.
Requirements
- At least eight years of technical Oracle E-Business Suite experience focused on RICE components, including design, development, execution, and production support.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from an accredited institution and Oracle IT certifications.
- Proficiency with SQL, Toad, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle ERP EBS R12, and related Oracle technologies.
- Required expertise with Oracle Application Framework and Oracle Integration Cloud; experience with SOA and B2B is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, development-practice, communication, customer-service, collaboration, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to perform extended periods of sitting, standing, movement, and repetitive hand or finger motions, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Candidates must reside in California within reasonable distance of the Rancho Cucamonga corporate office.

- The role is onsite for the first 30 days, followed by a hybrid schedule with in-office work Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and remote work Wednesday and Friday.
- Core business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with schedule adjustments possible based on business needs.
