Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Gather project requirements and document business solutions.
- Design, develop, modify, implement, test, and maintain internal and external applications throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Create efficient, well-designed, and testable code independently or as part of a team.
- Develop scalable enterprise solutions using .NET, modern architectural patterns, microservices, and event-driven models.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
- Analyze software errors and create tools to mitigate application problems.
- Implement automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and deployment processes.
- Conduct system testing before software releases and assist with generating test cases.
- Integrate data across systems and support interoperability and ETL solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on key business projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience developing multi-tiered, efficient, highly responsive web applications.
- Solid experience with client-side browser-centric development or middle-tier and backend service development.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and event-driven models using RabbitMQ and Kafka.
- Experience with MongoDB schema design, indexing, replication, and performance optimization for large datasets.
- Deep knowledge of server-side development using .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
- Ability to design and implement complex, scalable, maintainable enterprise solutions using .NET and modern architectural patterns.
- Experience with REST and SOAP web services, CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and deployment processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field from an accredited institution, preferably Computer Science; alternatively, four additional years of relevant experience beyond the required experience may substitute for the degree.
- Preferred experience configuring IIS, NGINX, PHP web servers, Docker containers, and Linux operating systems.
- Preferred experience integrating data through APIs, flat files, cloud storage, or HDFS.
- Preferred knowledge of healthcare, EDI 834, HL7, FHIR, CCDA, and Python.
- Expertise with .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, asynchronous programming, dependency injection, design patterns, REST API development, and message bus technologies.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, deployment strategies, scaling, monitoring, JavaScript, TypeScript, Material Design, AngularJS or Angular, CSS frameworks, Node.js, and .NET Core web servers.
- Expert-level SQL and SQL Server knowledge, including database design, query optimization, stored procedures, T-SQL, data governance, performance tuning, and indexing strategies.
- Advanced SSIS package design, deployment, and troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, learn new technologies, take ownership of projects, and drive solutions independently.
