Responsibilities
- Design multi-tenant architecture and reusable data models that protect customer data and support reliable queries.
- Build data cleaning, reconciliation, and analytical calculations for spend analysis, supplier comparisons, and simulations.
- Connect enterprise systems such as ERPs and create repeatable synchronization and integration patterns.
- Own data ingestion, orchestration, monitoring, and recovery, including tools for onboarding and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate hands-on with product, engineering, and customer IT teams on schemas, APIs, permissions, and synchronization.
- Explore AI-powered development tools and automation to improve engineering workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building and operating production data systems, including architecture and implementation ownership.
- Strong SQL and Python skills with experience in data modeling and query optimization.
- Practical experience designing multi-tenant systems with data isolation and access controls.
- Experience owning ingestion, orchestration, monitoring, recovery, and enterprise-system integrations.
- Ability to discuss schemas, APIs, permissions, and synchronization directly with customer IT teams.
- Data-intensive B2B SaaS or fintech experience is useful but not required; procurement experience is not required.
