Base Salary
$180k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and drive the architectural vision for the AI Intelligence Platform.
- Own complex initiatives from design through development and deployment.
- Build a trusted source for generating intelligence from Aura's data.
- Architect access and reasoning mechanisms for AI agents over sensitive data.
- Establish engineering best practices for security, privacy, and operational excellence.
- Serve as a technical mentor on design challenges and system reliability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep experience owning systems end-to-end on large projects.
- Expert knowledge of software design best practices and distributed systems.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technology and appropriate tool selection.
- Experience building systems handling sensitive or regulated data.
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex concepts.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
