Responsibilities
- Execute existing Terraform and Ansible scripts to deploy and update infrastructure.
- Monitor AWS GovCloud dashboards, system health, performance metrics, and security baselines.
- Manage Android Enterprise kiosk configurations and secure device deployments.
- Respond to operational alerts by following documented incident-response playbooks.
- Identify issues outside established procedures and escalate them to the engineering team.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen and capable of successfully passing a rigorous federal background investigation.
- Requires 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in technical operations, DevOps, or systems administration.
- Experience running Terraform and Ansible scripts is required; writing them from scratch is not required.
- Direct experience with the AWS Management Console is required; AWS GovCloud experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Android Enterprise or similar mobile device management platforms is required.
- The role requires a disciplined, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach.
