Base Salary

$140k - $160k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Research, develop, and deploy infrastructure for the Machine Learning Platform.
  • Build a platform for training and testing algorithms for real-time content recommendations.
  • Enhance the ML platform's CI/CD and integration testing capabilities.
  • Support the full Machine Learning workflow from model training to production deployment.
  • Demonstrate support for the value of journalistic independence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in MLOps or DevOps with large systems in production.
  • Experience deploying and monitoring systems using cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS).
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
  • Experience leading the development of large-scale, data-driven systems.
  • Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language like Python or Go.
