Base Salary
$120k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow catalog items, variables, variable sets, workflows, and user experiences.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into functional catalog solutions.
- Develop automation and approvals using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Script Includes, and ServiceNow catalog scripts.
- Configure client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and ACLs to support dynamic catalog behavior and security.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external business systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
- Perform unit testing, UAT support, production deployment support, bug fixes, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Manage ServiceNow release planning and execution and provide documentation and user training.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on ServiceNow development and configuration best practices.
- Evaluate new ServiceNow features and updates, including AI-related capabilities, for organizational benefit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five or more years of ServiceNow development experience.
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
- ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform, JavaScript, Glide API, and HTML/CSS.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Catalog UI policies, and Client Scripts.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with business systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
- Availability to support Wednesday evening production releases on a rotational basis.
- Preferred qualifications include complex workflow and process automation experience, ServiceNow security and role-based access control knowledge, AI/Gen AI and NLU experience, Agile experience, project management ability, and familiarity with ServiceNow Catalog, Portal, Mobile, and WSD products.
