Responsibilities
- Design and evolve AI-assisted, self-healing test scripts, frameworks, and automation strategies.
- Perform manual exploratory testing and validate complex end-to-end business workflows.
- Use AI and low-code tools to accelerate test creation and manual test-case generation.
- Test and govern AI agents for predictable, ethical, and secure operation.
- Apply AI-powered reviews to detect architecture, maintainability, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with R&D, Security, TechOps, Digital Transformation, Cloud, and Service Delivery teams.
- Communicate complex AI and automation concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in test automation.
- Proficiency with low-code or automation platforms such as UiPath or Playwright.
- Openness to or early experience using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or UiPath for testing.
- Understanding of testing and governing AI agents.
- Ability to develop automation strategies supporting CI/CD at scale.
- Strong collaborative leadership, initiative, responsibility, assertiveness, and consensus-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex AI and automation concepts.
