Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain features for custom Drupal websites and applications across public-sector projects.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on pull requests, best practices, and standards.
- Estimate effort and decompose backlog items and client requests into tasks.
- Mentor less-experienced peers in feature conception, implementation, and testing.
- Identify improvements for the team and technology and optimize application performance across environments.
- Participate in Agile processes and communicate with peers, product owners, and clients.
- Report regularly on team performance and project progress.
- Architect Drupal implementations, migrate data, integrate external services, and select or develop appropriate modules.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Drupal CMS and active participation in the Drupal community.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technology stacks.
- Experience leading software development teams using Agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement full-stack enterprise systems spanning web UI, mobile, HTTP web services, and databases.
- Experience with modern continuous integration approaches.
- Ability to communicate directly with clients as a technical consultant.
- Ability to evaluate alternative solutions while balancing effort, complexity, and business value.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
