Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale AI systems for enterprise products.
- Drive agent development in RAG and language agents within the North platform.
- Research and experiment with novel ideas using supercomputing resources.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to create and evaluate data for LLMs.
- Stay updated with AI and deep learning research from leading conferences.
- Analyze product data to identify usage patterns and areas for improvement.
- Work with leadership to align product vision with business objectives.
Requirements
- Extremely strong software engineering skills.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like Tensorflow and JAX.
- Experience in building product-centric organizations.
- Direct experience with Large Language Models.
- Track record of releasing multiple features through iterations.
- Experience in creating and curating large-scale datasets.
- Familiarity with large-scale distributed training strategies.
- Knowledge of autoregressive sequence models like Transformers.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Publications in top-tier AI venues.
