Base Salary
$69k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom Power Platform and ServiceNow solutions using pages, site templates, features, Web parts, workflows, lists, pages, and forms.
- Write custom code and customize and brand ServiceNow sites and solutions.
- Support installation and configuration of ServiceNow instances in cloud environments.
- Gather and document client requirements and translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions, site structures, templates, and taxonomies.
- Create and implement PowerApps applications, Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards, and related business process solutions.
- Document system processes and procedures and participate in requirements solicitation, system testing, acceptance testing, and user training.
- Demonstrate ServiceNow features and technologies to clients and support user adoption.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience developing custom PowerApps applications.
- Experience with Power Platform environmental data sourcing and management components, including connectors, gateways, and Office 365 integrations.
- Ability to use Microsoft Flow and Power Automate and to design and implement Power BI dashboards, cloud flows, desktop flows, and business process flows.
- Experience with AngularJS, SPFX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Secret clearance and eligibility to access classified information.
- Preferred experience with database modeling, Performance Points, Reporting Services, Business Data Catalogs, and Business Connectivity Services.
- Preferred familiarity with Agile software development lifecycle methodology and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Strong teamwork, oral communication, and written communication skills.
