Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers with monitoring system reliability and performance.
- Shadow incident response, triage, and root cause analysis activities.
- Write basic automation scripts to reduce routine operational tasks.
- Learn and apply practices for system design, maintenance, and change management.
- Follow established processes for testing and service deployment.
- Participate in team learning and knowledge-sharing activities.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix administration, networking, and system troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Preferred: basic experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Preferred: awareness of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud computing concepts.
- Preferred: good understanding of Git version control.
- Preferred: familiarity with developing AI-based solutions.
