Base Salary
$109k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scoped features across CI pipelines, test experience tooling, delivery systems, artifact APIs, ephemeral developer environments, and agentic developer integrations.
- Own platform features end to end, including design documentation, implementation, production validation, and issue resolution.
- Implement MCP server endpoints, tool SDKs, and integrations that expose DevEx capabilities to LLMs and autonomous agents safely.
- Build and maintain artifact publishing, retrieval, and version-management services for engineering teams at scale.
- Identify reliability gaps and inefficiencies in developer workflows and propose concrete improvements.
- Participate in design and code reviews and help onboard new hires and interns.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production software.
- Strong fundamentals in clean, testable, reliable, and maintainable software design.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or a similar programming language, with experience shipping services in cloud-native environments.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD systems and familiarity with Kubernetes workload definition, scheduling, and cluster operations.
- Interest in AI-powered developer tooling, LLMs, and autonomous agents, along with collaborative design and code-review skills.
- Experience with CI infrastructure, developer tooling, artifact management, storage systems, OCI registries, ephemeral development environments, MCP servers, tool-augmented agents, AI code generation, or agentic test generation is preferred.
