Base Salary
$109k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement features across the DevEx platform with minimal supervision.
- Take end-to-end ownership of platform features, including writing design docs and validating behavior in production.
- Contribute to the agentic developer platform by implementing server endpoints and tool SDKs.
- Build and maintain services for artifact publishing and version management.
- Identify inefficiencies in developer workflows and propose improvements.
- Participate in design and code reviews, providing constructive feedback.
- Help onboard new hires and interns by sharing team context and practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Solid engineering fundamentals with a focus on clean, testable code.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or similar languages in cloud-native environments.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD systems and their construction.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes basics.
- Curiosity about AI-powered developer tooling.
- Ownership mentality with proactive communication.
- Collaborative team player who engages in design discussions.
