Responsibilities
- Design new APIs and build reliable, maintainable product features.
- Fix performance issues, debug production problems, and conduct code and architecture reviews.
- Write unit tests and lead feature releases to production.
- Develop and A/B test ReactJS components to improve the customer experience.
- Design, build, deploy, and use AI/ML solutions for telemedicine triage, prescription guidance, fraud detection, personalization, and operational automation.
- Own strategic technical problems and drive execution from design through delivery.
- Coach and mentor engineers and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Champion ethical, reliable, and scalable adoption of AI across engineering and product teams.
- Stay current with LLMs, NLP, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, and other AI/ML advances.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Experience with one or more modern programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Ability to own features from design through production delivery and contribute to a large codebase.
- Commitment to writing understandable, maintainable, and testable code.
- Strong product acumen and collaborative communication skills.
- BE/BTech degree from a top institution.
- AI/ML framework experience, including tools such as MCP servers, n8n, Google ADK, vector databases, or Langchain, is preferred.
- Familiarity with LLMs, fine-tuning, and generative AI for personalization, patient support, and order workflows is preferred.
- Experience integrating AI into production-grade systems with measurable business impact is preferred.
- Interest in applying AI responsibly in healthcare is preferred.
