Responsibilities
- Build core products that customers depend on daily.
- Design and ship AI-powered workflows to replace manual processes.
- Create internal tools for operational scalability.
- Engage directly with users to gather feedback and implement improvements.
Requirements
- Experience working at an early-stage startup or a strong desire to do so.
- Proven track record of shipping features end-to-end in production.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and interest in developing reliable systems.
- Ability to prioritize shipping while maintaining product quality.
