Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code while utilizing AI tools and technologies.
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale, high-performance systems and algorithms for detecting and filtering spam and inorganic activity within QLogs.
- Build heuristic, machine-learning-based, and LLM-powered solutions to improve spam detection and analyst efficiency.
- Contribute to documentation and educational content and adapt it based on product or program updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
- Review code from other developers and provide feedback on style, accuracy, testability, efficiency, and related best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and 1 year of software design and architecture experience.
- At least 3 years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or working with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- At least 2 years of experience with large-scale data processing, algorithms, and statistics.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with machine learning, spam detection, anomaly detection, and search quality.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
Benefits
- US base salary of $174000 - $252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
