Responsibilities
- Lead healthcare analytics software solutions for HIS products and clients within an agile engineering team.
- Implement enterprise-scale applications and reporting solutions.
- Determine the design, coding, and delivery of HIS products and customer solutions.
- Support HIS product development for customers across the United States and globally.
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver data-driven products.
- Troubleshoot and research data and reporting issues while creating user-friendly dashboards for business decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, data science, or a related field.
- Three years of software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools, preferably Amazon QuickSight, gained through academic projects, internships, or early professional work.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, Athena, Redshift, or RDS and their integration with BI tools.
- Strong internship or co-op experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or dashboard development.
- Proficiency in SQL and data-modeling concepts.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in data development, such as Python.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and research skills.
- Preferred qualifications include healthcare data experience and familiarity with healthcare-related security concepts.
