Responsibilities
- Promote security awareness and continuous security improvement across the business.
- Implement security countermeasures, mitigations, and containment strategies across infrastructure and applications.
- Apply AI to DevOps, automation, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Secure and optimize cloud services for security and compliance.
- Establish DevSecOps practices within CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
- Automate deployment of security controls and processes across security layers.
- Develop proactive threat detection and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and DevOps teams to execute security strategy.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a Cloud SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven concepts and experience applying them to DevOps, automation, and cybersecurity challenges.
- Experience with AWS cloud architectures, Kubernetes or Docker containerized environments, microservices, and secure resilient architecture.
- Expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Packer.
- Scripting experience with Python, Shell scripting, or PowerShell.
- Experience with monitoring systems such as Datadog and New Relic.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, trends, best practices, and shift-left security practices.
- Ability to learn and adopt new security technologies and tools, with strong ownership, communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
