Responsibilities
- Embed with client teams to design, build, and ship production AI applications and integrations.
- Architect multi-agent systems with tool use, memory, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Write and maintain production-quality Python code for AI integrations, agent workflows, and internal tooling.
- Configure agentic harnesses using Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and Claude-based deployments.
- Instrument and monitor agentic systems in production and iterate based on user feedback.
- Present architecture options and technical recommendations to technical and non-technical client stakeholders.
- Advise on token optimization, model selection, prompting, workload ROI, AI security, privacy, and governance.
- Collaborate with product, customer success, engineering, data, and compliance teams to deliver accurate and compliant AI solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or consulting with a software engineering background.
- At least 1 year of experience building and shipping AI or LLM-powered applications in production.
- Strong coding skills in Python and TypeScript, with the ability to work across the stack.
- Understanding of tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, memory management, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop design.
- Clear and credible client communication skills, including live in-person communication.
- Working knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI/Codex, and the Anthropic/Claude platform.
- Experience with evaluation frameworks, RAG pipelines, or agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or CrewAI is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI security, privacy, governance, MLOps, LLMOps, model monitoring, and prompt management is preferred.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Anthropic Claude platforms and enterprise AI deployment patterns is preferred.
