Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for ML across Operations and adjacent business areas.
- Define reusable ML architectures and modelling standards adopted by multiple teams.
- Act as a senior technical authority, setting best practices and architectural patterns for ML.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams to integrate ML-driven solutions.
- Advocate for and implement responsible AI practices in our models.
- Mentor and coach ML practitioners at all levels.
- Engage with the broader ML community through conferences and open-source contributions.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading large-scale ML initiatives with tangible business impact.
- Experience in developing and adopting reusable ML modelling patterns and architectures.
- Expertise in developing state-of-the-art deep learning models and advanced AI architectures.
- Industry expert in ML model development, deployment, and MLOps at scale.
- Comfortable with Python, SQL, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Extensive experience with real-time ML applications, reinforcement learning, and NLP.
- Ability to communicate complex ML concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Thrives in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with a proactive mindset.
- Passion for mentoring and elevating the ML skill set across the organization.
