Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Build and enhance microservices and API-driven solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and feature delivery.
- Drive cloud-native and DevOps practices through automation and deployment technologies across AWS and Kubernetes environments.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to influence technical decisions.
- Mentor junior developers and support team growth across multiple teams.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Java full-stack development with Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Experience designing, building, and supporting APIs and microservices-based architectures.
- Proven experience using GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes or Rancher, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Harness, and deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of software development principles, coding standards, testing methodologies, code review practices, maintainability, and security best practices.
- Ability to validate, refine, and optimize AI-generated code.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and technical-influence skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and support team growth.
- Preferred experience with Devin AI, autonomous AI software engineering tools, prompt engineering, Apigee, AI-driven development practices, cross-team collaboration, continuous improvement, and engineering thought leadership.
