Base Salary
$94k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology activities, application development, model development, and implementation of new or revised systems.
- Manage and monitor application development through analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and user or operational support.
- Analyze complex application and business-process issues and recommend advanced programming solutions.
- Develop post-implementation security measures and evaluate system design and functionality.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups; install systems and assist with customer exposure systems.
- Define and follow operating standards and processes and advise or coach junior analysts.
- Operate with limited direct supervision, exercise independent judgment, and serve as a subject-matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members.
- Assess and escalate risk appropriately while complying with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Successful project management and implementation experience.
- Hands-on professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or React.
- Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs with frameworks such as Spring.
- Proficiency with data structures, algorithms, and SQL.
- Experience following TDD and clean-code principles.
- Ability to manage deadlines, changing requirements, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience in investment banking or financial services.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes, S3, DynamoDB, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.

- Base salary range of $94,300.00–$141,500.00.
