Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of advanced real-time machine learning models.
- Identify and scope impactful opportunities to tackle financial crime with machine learning.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members in machine learning best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ML-based solutions.
- Work with the MLOps team to optimize the full ML model lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and deploying advanced machine learning models.
- Experience with deep learning, graph-based, and/or sequence-based ML architectures.
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in SQL.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and resolve issues proactively.
- A product mindset focused on customer outcomes and data-informed decisions.
