Base Salary
$80k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype technical solutions, develop software, verify and resolve bugs, and deliver quality software to production.
- Build and modify integrations for vendors and Jack Henry product teams using PowerOn, HTML, JavaScript, Java, and other languages.
- Provide technical and engineering support for applications from code delivery through retirement.
- Plan and execute unit and integration testing for software reliability, security, and performance.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, estimate task and project effort, and manage expectations for scope and timelines.
- Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams, participate in standards documentation, and represent the team in meetings.
- Assist with training and mentoring less experienced peers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 4 years of technical experience in software development.
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and JSON.
- Preferred experience with Symitar, PowerOn, jQuery, Go, Java, SQL, web services development, SymXchange, JIRA, Confluence, Tempo, Postman, SoapUI, Visual Studio, and Eclipse.
- Financial industry knowledge is preferred.
