Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, extend, and maintain Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions and other software components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Salesforce environments.
- Design integrations connecting Salesforce with other systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Document development processes and solutions for knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Participate independently in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
- Proficiency in customizing and extending Salesforce Field Service Lightning capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting Salesforce with other systems.
- Understanding of data management and security best practices within cloud platforms.
- 15 years of full-time education.
