Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain software features for cloud-based applications and platform services.
- Contribute to backend services, APIs, integrations, and core platform components.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, sprint planning, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, QA, product management, UX/UI, and operations teams.
- Apply secure coding, automated testing, CI/CD, documentation, and maintainability practices.
- Investigate bugs, performance issues, customer-impacting defects, and technical problems through resolution.
- Improve system reliability, usability, security, scalability, and performance.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and technical questions clearly within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience building production software, SaaS applications, platform services, or similar systems.
- Hands-on programming experience with Java, C#, .NET, or similar technologies.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, SQL, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with agile development, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and debugging production software.
- Preferred experience with SaaS products, enterprise software, business applications, or cybersecurity solutions.
- Preferred exposure to AWS, cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, or large-scale applications.
- Preferred understanding of APIs, application security, service reliability, and scalable software design principles.
- Preferred experience with integrations, telemetry systems, data processing services, or application monitoring tools.
- Ability to work independently on defined tasks and demonstrate strong collaboration, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
