Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and enhance custom applications using the Pega Platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Act as an SME and contribute to team and cross-team decisions.
- Lead process improvement efforts within the team.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate communication on project objectives and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with the Pega Platform.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within the Pega environment.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with business process management concepts and their implementation using Pega.
- 15 years of full-time education.
