Responsibilities
- Design and secure cloud network architecture for public and private environments.
- Evaluate current and emerging cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with DevOps and other business units to implement best practices.
- Provide training and mentorship to other engineers.
- Serve as the final escalation point for cloud-related issues.
- Communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of solutions or products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in an internetworking environment.
- Expertise in cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and scripting in JSON/YAML.
- Expert-level knowledge of Palo Alto and F5 load balancers.
- Extensive knowledge of networking technologies and protocols.
- Significant experience with OSPF and BGP design and troubleshooting.
