Responsibilities
- Deploy images into Kubernetes across development, staging, UAT, and production environments.
- Develop and oversee CI/CD pipelines.
- Translate stakeholder requirements and communicate them effectively to developers.
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect systems against threats.
- Identify technical issues and develop software updates and fixes.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to established processes and functionality goals.
- Manage infrastructure automation, monitoring and alerting, and release management.
- Perform end-to-end debugging and troubleshooting.
- Help plan projects and participate in project management decisions.
Requirements
- Require 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Require strong working experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Require technical expertise in software development, IT operations, and DevOps tools.
- Require strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles.
- Require familiarity with containers and Kubernetes.
- Require proficiency with Git, GitHub, ADO, or equivalent source-control tools.
- Require hands-on SQL experience and infrastructure automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
- Require strong Linux and scripting experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, debugging, and end-to-end troubleshooting capabilities are required.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Icinga, or Nagios is advantageous.
- Understanding of user identity and access management technologies such as SAML and OATH is required.
- Knowledge of event-based, messaging, ESB, and microservice-based integration patterns is required.
- Experience with load balancers, proxies, web servers, search engines, caches, or queues is desirable.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new skills is required.
