Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and enhancement of software applications and ServiceNow solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and coordinate the team’s work and decisions.
- Provide technical solutions for problems affecting the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
- Oversee implementation of best practices and adherence to project standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and workflows.
- Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow technical issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting ServiceNow with enterprise systems.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure and its impact on IT operations management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
